MMA Striking (AGE 11+)

A combination of the styles such as Muay Thai, Boxing, Taekwondo, And any stand up styles that are most effective for overall fighting ability. You will learn ranges of striking distance such as knees and elbows, punches, kicks, and their application. Skills in this program build strength, coordination, confidence, and the basic essentials of self defense. You will also be participating in many partner drills where you and other students can learn hands-on self defense techniques in a safe environment. 


This class focuses learning how to defend against clinches, chokes, and any position where you are comprised in an opponent’s controlled position. The class uses techniques specifically from wrestling and no-gi jujitsu. This program promotes strength, confidence, and comradery with teammates.
